Patrick M. Bradshaw has been in the recruiting industry for over 18 years.  He started out working with a temporary staffing company in Buckhead, Georgia, then accepted a corporate recruiter position with one of its’ largest clients.  Of course, the owners of the temporary staffing company blessed Patrick's career move as it further solidified their relationship with the client.  One of the first challenges Patrick had as a recruiter was wanting to find a position for every person he encountered in the job market.  As Patrick soon realized, because of certain factors beyond his control, this was simply impossible.  However he’s never passed up an opportunity to advise candidates on things they could do to enhance their career search, even if they were not qualified for one of the positions Patrick was trying to fill.

In 2005 Patrick was encouraged to start documenting everything he shared with candidates as they pursued their next career move.  His efforts along with so many others resulted in the development of a series of seminars and one-on-one coaching sessions called “My Next Career Move” – A Laser Focused Approach to Getting the Job you Want”.  In 2006, Patrick set a goal of recording an audio cd series capturing the essence of the “My Next Career Move” seminars, teleclasses and coaching sessions.  But Patrick quickly realized a couple of things when one embarks on recording an audio cd.  One, he couldn’t do it alone and two, there was just too much information for one cd.  So Patrick enlisted a team of committed individuals to write scripts, record four comprehensive cds, and create the ‘My Next Career Move’ brand.  Two years later Patrick was excited to present the first edition of the ‘My Next Career Move’ audio series.

Disc one walks candidates through creating a realistic career move plan while disc two introduces candidates to the power of networking their way into that next career move.  Disc three explores interviewing and the different approaches a candidate can take to overcome their anxieties during a very critical stage in their career move process.  The fourth and final cd in this 90 minute audio series guides candidates through the decision making process of whether to accept or decline the job offer and what steps to take regardless of their decision.
